Your Next Opportunity
We're on the lookout for a Waterpark Attendant to join our team at our Rivershore Holidays site.
Reporting to the Park Manager, the Waterpark Attendant is a key part of the splash zone—welcoming guests with a smile, checking wristbands for entry, and helping create a clean, safe, and super fun environment where unforgettable memories are made every day
Rivershore is a tranquil riverside retreat offering a unique blend of nature, luxury, and adventure on the Sunshine Coast.

In this Role, You'll
- Welcome guests to the waterpark, check wristbands for entry, and help create a safe and enjoyable environment.
- Promote waterpark rules, monitor guest behaviour, and report any concerns or incidents.
- Maintain cleanliness across the waterpark, including toilets, tables, bins, and surrounding gardens.
- Always carry your two-way radio and keys, assist with guest queries, and respond to emergencies as needed.
- Work closely with your team, contribute ideas, and support a respectful and productive team culture.
You're Likely a Match If You
- You bring a positive attitude, great customer service skills, and confidence in communicating across teams.
- You hold a current First Aid certificate and a valid Working with Children check.
- You're proactive, able to work independently, and comfortable raising concerns when needed.
- You're physically capable of tasks like lifting, cleaning, and spending time on your feet in the pool area.
- You take safety seriously—following WHS procedures, reporting hazards, and helping maintain a safe environment for all.
You're someone who brings energy, ideas, and a genuine passion for making a difference. You love working with people, solving problems, and creating moments that matter.
