My Dream Cake is Melbourne's premier one-stop shop for cake decorating supplies. With three large retail stores across Victoria, we pride ourselves on providing an extensive range of quality products and exceptional service to our customers.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in cake decorating (desirable)
  • Previous experience in a similar retail environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays
  • Fast learner with strong initiative and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating point of sale systems
  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Managing online orders, including picking and packing
  • Efficiently restocking shelves and maintaining product displays
  • Merchandising and stock presentation
  • Assisting with stocktakes and ordering
  • Ensuring Food Safety and OH&S procedures are followed
