At Blackmores, we're in the midst of an exciting, multi-year transformation that's reshaping the way we work. A key part of this journey is the rollout of a brand-new Salesforce CRM across our Australian and New Zealand businesses — and we're looking for a CRM Product Owner

We are looking for a commercially minded CRM leader who thrives on driving change, enabling teams, and delivering measurable impact. You understand the power of Salesforce and know how to make it work for the business—not just configure it.  This is a business-facing role, not part of IT, designed for a strategic and hands-on leader who will champion Salesforce usage, adoption, and optimisation across the organisation. You will work closely with many parts of our commercial business like Sales, Category, Marketing, Education, and Customer Service to ensure Salesforce is embedded into daily workflows, continuously improved, and leveraged to drive commercial outcomes.

You will bring strong leadership, project management and technical skills to the role, as well as a passion for delivering customer-centric solutions. 

This position is offered as an initial 24-month fixed-term contract and can be based at either our Surry Hills or Warriewood office.

Who are you?

  • Proven track record of success in developing and managing customer relationship management (CRM) programs and strategies

  • In-depth knowledge of CRM systems and processes, and their application to marketing and customer service initiatives

  • Experience with project management, budgeting and forecasting

  • Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to develop and foster relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers

  • 5+ years' experience in CRM Product Ownership, Sales Enablement, or Commercial Operations.

  • Proven experience with Salesforce in a business-facing capacity.

  • Strong understanding of sales processes, customer journeys, and commercial metrics.

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, especially with Sales Managers and field teams.
