Strength Coach (Transition Role – Taking Over Existing Client Base)

I'm looking for a passionate and driven coach to step into an exciting opportunity, taking over my established strength training business in Ballarat, as I'll be relocating to Queensland early next year.

The role will begin with coaching a few group sessions and gradually transitioning to taking on my 1:1 clients. I currently have around 25 clients looking to continue with in-person coaching, with session lengths ranging from 30, 45, and 60 minutes. I'll continue online coaching for some of them, but the majority will be transitioning to in-person training.

This position would be ideal for someone finishing study at the end of this year who's ready to step into a hands-on coaching role with ongoing guidance and mentorship in coaching and programming.

Payment Structure:

  • For clients I transition to you:
  • Month 1: You receive 60%
  • Months 2–6: You receive 70%
  • After 6 months: You receive 100%
  • Any clients you bring on yourself are 100% yours from the start
