What you'll do

  • Lead, coach, and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed sales targets
  • Provide hands-on training, feedback, and guidance to drive individual and team performance
  • Set clear expectations and manage performance with confidence and fairness
  • Maintain high standards in visual presentation and operational efficiency
  • Analyse store performance data to make strong commercial decisions
  • Be a visible leader on the shop floor, creating a positive, inclusive team culture

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in retail management (Store or Assistant Store Manager level)
  • Strong selling background and customer-first mindset
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and have courageous conversations when needed
  • Confident communicator with a proactive, hands-on leadership style
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Positive, adaptable attitude and passion for team success
