With a strong client focus and a supportive team culture, they are seeking a Trainee Conveyancing Assistant with initiative, attention to detail and a genuine interest in law and administration to join their busy team.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED...

  • A reliable, motivated and proactive attitude
  • Interest in law or office administration
  • A current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING...

Working full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:36pm, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Answering phones and greeting clients professionally
  • Managing appointment scheduling and calendar coordination
  • Opening and closing client files, both hard copy and electronic
  • Assisting with preparation and sending of correspondence
  • Data entry, document filing and scanning
  • Sorting incoming and outgoing mail
  • Providing general administrative support to the conveyancing team

As part of this traineeship, you will be PAID to study a Certificate III in Business Administration through on-the-job training over a 12-month period.
