Location: Port Hedland, WA (FIFO ex Perth or Residential)

Roster: 7 Days On / 7 Days Off

Site: Hedland Operations – proudly operating on the traditional lands of the Kariyarra people

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining and repairing a wide range of mechanical assets across our Non-Processing Infrastructure (NPI)
  • Looking for smarter, safer, and more efficient ways to get the job done
  • Living Fortescue's values and prioritising safety above all else

  • Taking ownership of your work while contributing to our shared success
Qualifications and Experience
  • Australian Recognised Mechanical Trade Certificate
  • WA C Class (or higher) Driver's Licence
  • Experience in mining, resources, or heavy industry (5+ years preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a safety-first mindset
  • Clear, confident communication and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Solid knowledge of water supply pumps

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with diesel fuel supply infrastructure
  • Knowledge of Cummins power generation systems
