We are searching for a passionate and enthusiastic Medical Administration Officer to help us deliver services to our Residential Aged Care Residents.

To be successful in this position you should meet the following criteria:

  • Possess knowledge of the residential aged care framework and accreditation standards
  • Previous Residential Aged Care Experience - highly regarded
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
  • Previous experience in a Medical Administration role
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a general administration team, as well as across the clinical team

The role

  • Full Time hours - 9am to 5pm , Monday to Friday
  • Competitive Salary packaging - up to $30 000 grossed up (permanent employees only)
  • 12% Superannuation (as of 1 July 2025)
  • Applicants should possess appropriate qualifications where possible and a demonstrated commitment to the aged care sector.
  • NDIS Worker screening check required
