ICT security specialist/Cyber SOC technologies to join our team. This role will support the consultation, design implementation and support
in a full-fledged scale for the customers at all locations.
The ICT Security Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing advanced cybersecurity frameworks and solutions across enterprise environments. This role includes leading Security Operations Center (SOC) deployments from planning to operational readiness, ensuring real-time monitoring, threat detection, and incident response capabilities are aligned with organizational objectives. The specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to enforce security policies, manage SIEM solutions, and implement automation for threat containment while maintaining compliance with industry standards such as ISO 27001 and NIST.
In addition to SOC deployment, the ICT Security Specialist will be actively involved in cyber projects covering a broad range of areas, including Zero Trust Architecture design and implementation. This involves securing identity and access management, implementing least-privilege principles, and establishing micro-segmentation strategies to reduce attack surfaces. The role requires continuous assessment of vulnerabilities, penetration testing, and alignment with modern security frameworks to mitigate risks in hybrid cloud and on-premise environments. Strong experience in deploying multi-layered defense systems and applying security best practices for enterprise infrastructure is critical.
The position also requires active involvement in cyber product development, where the specialist will contribute to designing and enhancing security solutions such as endpoint protection, email security, data loss prevention, and advanced threat intelligence platforms. The candidate will evaluate emerging technologies, integrate security features into product lifecycles, and collaborate with R&D teams to create innovative tools for proactive threat detection and response. A deep understanding of regulatory compliance, encryption techniques, and secure software development practices will be essential to ensure robust protection for critical systems and sensitive data.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

Muast have exposure to ThIRU SOC platform for SaaS deployment.
Required Education and Experience:
A Bachelor of Science degree computer science, mathematics, physics or related degree or equivalent in work experience.
5+ years of work experience in the information technology field.
Domain experience in the financial sector, government sector, education sector and critical infrastructure.
Security Incident Response Platform (SIRP) and Cloud Security.
Proven experience in analysing, interpreting, & investigating security event logs.
Ability to design dynamic real time dashboards using ELK stack with multiple data log feeds.
Experience in architecting data structures using Elastic stack.
Proficient in elastic query for data Analysis.
Experience in end to end low-level design, development, administration, and delivery of network and infrastructure based solutions.
Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools, including Selenium Web-driver.
