  • Technical Business Analyst (Cloud FinOps Tooling)
  • 6 months initial contract + highly likely extensions
  • Mix of WFH and Central Sydney office

Seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to support the implementation of a Cloud FinOps tool. This role requires strong technical elicitation skills, documentation capability, and the ability to work alongside PMs, technical SMEs, and change teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct workshops to capture technical and functional requirements
  • Build and maintain detailed project documentation
  • Process mapping and data flow mapping for cloud financial tooling
  • Creation of Service Management Packs for the chosen FinOps solution
  • Liaise with engineering, finance, operations, and change teams
  • Support testing, validation, and broader rollout activities
  • Assist the PM with scope, impact assessments, and stakeholder alignment

Required Experience

  • Proven experience as a Technical BA on ICT projects
  • Strong documentation skills across requirements, processes, and data models
  • Demonstrated ability to run technical workshops with SMEs
  • Experience with cloud, cost-management, or FinOps tooling (e.g. Flexera) highly desirable
  • Understanding of ITIL, service management processes, or operational handover requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder project environment
