Technical Business Analyst –

Join a global digital transformation team driving connected care solutions that improve the lives of millions of people worldwide. We are seeking an experienced
Senior Technical Business Analyst
to support large-scale enterprise platforms and revenue-facing systems within a high-growth medical technology environment.

This role will see you owning the full lifecycle of business and technical requirements — from discovery and design through to delivery and production support — while partnering closely with engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders across multiple global regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with technical and business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and transformation opportunities
• Analyse current-state processes and identify areas for digital enablement and automation
• Elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements including BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and data models
• Work closely with developers, solution architects, and cross-functional delivery teams to ensure high-quality outcomes
• Drive continuous improvement of workflows, system usability, and business processes
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage stakeholder sign-off
• Deliver training, demos, and adoption support to business users
• Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of delivery stories from planning through deployment and hypercare
• Facilitate project ceremonies, identify risks and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure solution effectiveness
• Maintain system documentation, governance standards, data quality, and platform integrity
• Collaborate effectively with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience
  as a Technical or Senior Business Analyst
• Strong business acumen with a customer-first mindset
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in distributed and remote global teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with high attention to detail
• 5+ years' experience working with enterprise platforms (Service Cloud and/or Oracle ERP highly desirable)
• Experience supporting
  service-based or manufacturing environments
• Background in digital transformation, enterprise platforms, or large-scale systems delivery highly regarded

Service Cloud experience to manage
customer support, service operations, and customer engagement
across multiple channels. Common capabilities include:

• Case and ticket management
• Customer interaction tracking (email, chat, phone, portals)
• Knowledge base and self-service portals
• Workflow automation
• SLA tracking and service analytics
• Integration with sales and marketing platforms
