About the Role

We are seeking an experienced 
Project Manager
 or 
Construction Superintendent
 with a strong background in rail projects to join our team. This role will focus on 
bid preparation
 and 
planning
 for upcoming 
trackside upgrade, installation, and commissioning works
 for major clients, experience with 
BHP
 and 
Rio Tinto
is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support bid development for rail infrastructure projects,
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations,
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance with client requirements,
  • Oversee planning for installation and commissioning activities,
  • Ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards are met throughout project lifecycle.

About You

  • Proven experience in rail construction or maintenance projects,
  • Strong understanding of trackside works and commissioning processes,
  • Ability to manage bids and project planning in a fast-paced environment,
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills,
  • Familiarity with major mining clients (BHP, Rio Tinto) is highly desirable,
  • Engineering and management qualification related to role is an advantage, however suitable experience will be well rated also.
