Supply Chain Manager – FMCG / Manufacturing

$75,000–$80,000 + Super | Southeastern Suburbs VIC | Full-Time

A growing manufacturing business in the Southeastern suburbs is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee production planning, purchasing, inventory and logistics across local and international markets.

This hands-on role suits someone organised, proactive and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role


• Managing weekly, 6-month and 12-month production schedules


• Coordinating with internal teams and third-party manufacturers


• Ensuring all components, raw materials and documentation are ready for production


• Managing production updates, postings and adjustments in the ERP


• Developing rolling purchasing plans (3–12 months)


• Liaising with international suppliers and freight partners


• Overseeing inbound shipments, customs clearance, QC checks and logistics documentation


• Processing goods receipts and landed cost allocations


• Maintaining inventory accuracy across multiple warehouse locations


• Supporting the warehouse team with daily workflows


• Conducting cyclic counts, expiry checks, variance investigations and stock monitoring


• Improving warehouse efficiency and coordinating logistics


• Supporting large customer orders and export fulfilment


• Allocating stock for domestic and international orders


• Preparing SOs, invoices, packing lists and export documentation


• Coordinating packaging, production requirements and resolving fulfilment issues


• Coordinate weekly, 6-month and 12-month production plans.


• Manage purchasing, supplier communication, PO confirmations and inbound logistics.


• Oversee inventory accuracy, warehouse workflows and stock controls.


• Support large sales orders, export documentation and fulfilment.


• Maintain ERP processes (Business Central) and help improve supply chain systems.


• Assist with packaging sourcing and new product development.

You Will Bring


• 2–5 years' experience in supply chain, purchasing, logistics or planning


• Strong Excel and data analysis capability


• Experience with FMCG, cosmetics, pharmaceutical or manufacturing environments (advantageous)


• ERP experience, ideally NAV/Business Central (highly regarded)


• Excellent communication, problem-solving and time-management skills


• High attention to detail, accountability and a proactive mindset


• A relevant qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business (preferred)
