We are currently seeking experienced Hook lift and Rear lift drivers to join our client based out of Kilburn, SA.

These roles involve the safe collection, transport and disposal of waste using heavy vehicles in accordance with safety and environmental standards.

If you're an early riser who enjoys a steady routine, working independently, and being part of a supportive team – this opportunity is for you.

This is an ongoing role with consistent hours, a great team environment, and opportunities for career development.

Hours & Roster:

  • All roles are based for Kilburn location
  • Rear Lift Drivers:

    Start times between 1:00am – 4:30am depending on route
  • Hook Lift Drivers: Start times from 4:00am
  • Average shift length: Around 10 hours (occasional 12-hour shifts during busy periods)
  • Mon- Fri work with occasional overtime offered.

*To be successful, you will have:*

  • Current Heavy Rigid (HR) Licence
  • White Card, or the ability to obtain one
  • National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
  • Driving record (or ability to obtain)
  • Physically fit with a strong safety focus
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Reliability and ability to work autonomously

Desirable:

  • Certificate III in Waste Management or equivalent experience
