• Salary range: $35.92 to $38.12 p.h. (Nurse Grade 3)
• 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
• 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
• Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available

About your opportunity

The Enrolled Nurse (EN) assists in the delivery of competent and quality nursing care under the direction of senior nursing staff whilst assisting in the achievement of service goals. The EN utilises clinical skills to provide evidence-based resident -centred care.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Diploma of Nursing or equivalent certification relevant to the position is mandatory.
• Shift Workers: Appointees will be required to work all shifts in accordance with the unit roster.
• Aged Care Pre-Employment Screening: Applicants are advised this position works in an identified Aged Care Facility as per the Aged Care Act 1997 and therefore requires employees and volunteers to have a current National Police Certificate. Queensland Health will facilitate applicants obtaining the above National Police Certificate.
• National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Screening Check: As a Health Care worker in Queensland Health who engages in risk-assessed roles, you must hold a current disability check (Yellow Card or Yellow Card Exemption) or a NDIS worker screening check, in accordance with Part 5 of the Disability Services Act 2006 (Qld)
