Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Key Business Advisors Pty Ltd Full time $60,000 - $90,000 per year

Who are We?

For over 17 years, Key Business Advisors has been a leading provider to small and medium-sized businesses across Australia. Through our services - Business Strategy & Growth, People & Culture, HR Advice and Support, Professional Leadership, Management and Sales Training Solutions, we provide an end-to-end solution. We work closely with our clients, ranging from associations and franchise groups to independent businesses, to take them to the next level from 'Good to Great' through our proven methodology.

KBA also has a sister company, Keyba Careers, empowering young people and job seekers to become job-ready.

What are we looking for?

We're seeking a driven and passionate "marketing and sales guru" to work closely with our Managing Director and the GM of Keyba Careers to deliver high-level marketing initiatives for both companies, in line with our marketing strategies.

As a Marketing/Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing all marketing material, social media and communications. This includes website updates, newsletters & EDM, developing content, organising webinars and client feedback surveys, proofreading and editing. The role is varied and covers all aspects of marketing and social media.

You will also be required to help develop content for our customised training programs and presentations tailored to our clients' needs. You must be good at copywriting and creating good video content that promotes our brands. At KBA, we have a strong focus on creating new case studies, video testimonials and obtaining Google reviews as part of our marketing strategy to win new business.

A part of this role is managing and maintaining our leads register - analysing and tracking where leads are coming from and educating and advising our team on what we need to do for better lead generation. We want you to help qualify incoming leads and make appointments for our consultants.

If you are someone who has the passion and drive to make a difference, a person who has the confidence of learning and understand our business methodology, our products and services, then we want to talk to you. This role will also have some adventure where we would like you to team up with our professionals to take on-site digital footage and content to showcase our capability.

At KBA and Keyba Careers, we are proud to do meaningful work for our clients and are paid to deliver results and outcomes. The successful candidate must be a team player, have leadership qualities, and collaborate in the KBA Way.

You must have an eye for detail that supports our strategic objectives. We work in a fast-paced environment with different industries and clients. We are looking for a person who plays a big part in our brand and is involved in our team meetings, learning about what we do, and then taking our work and putting it into something that enhances our brand.

No two days are ever the same. As the Marketing/Sales Coordinator, we also want you to build relationships with suppliers and clients. This is a full-time role, working from our office.

Some examples of what we do with our clients are:

· Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in marketing and sales activities

· Tertiary Qualification in Marketing or a similar discipline

· Update and manage our websites, working closely with our Digital Agency

· Assist and develop good content for all social media platforms, newsletters, blogs, etc.

· Assist and develop our training and presentation material content through InDesign, Canva, Prezi and PowerPoint

· You are comfortable with juggling things, having strong time management, planning, and administrative capabilities to deal with client demands

· You are confident and have excellent communication skills

· You have a high attention to detail that protects our brand reputation

· Work with the team to ensure our branding is consistent in everything we do

· You have a collaborative style that is focused on the best outcomes for both businesses
