Position Overview:

The Warehouse Store person plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient movement, storage, and cleanliness of goods within the warehouse and factory. This role supports production and logistics operations by preparing orders, managing inventory locations, loading and unloading deliveries, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Order Preparation & Despatch:

  • Prepare all orders as scheduled.
  • Collect finished orders from Production Set Down Areas and place in Despatch Area.
  • Update MRP systems with the location of each finished order.
  • Load trucks collecting orders and outgoing production components.
  • Collect signed Delivery Dockets and return them to the office.

  • Unload delivery trucks and containers from suppliers

  • Put inventory away and update records with inventory locations

  • Maintain cleanliness across all factory and warehouse areas.


Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferred.
  • Drivers licence
  • Forklift & LO licence required
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., ride-on sweeper).
  • Basic computer skills for updating inventory systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Good physical fitness and ability to lift and move goods.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude.

Work Environment:

This role is based in a busy warehouse and factory setting. It requires physical activity, including lifting, sweeping, and operating machinery. Safety and cleanliness are top priorities.
