With a reputation built on quality products and exceptional customer service, we are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our dynamic team in our NSW branch.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role where you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. You will play a key part in helping us maintain our high standards of service and support our growing customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Receiving, checking, and unpacking incoming goods from suppliers.
  • Safely operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
  • Performing stocktakes and assisting with inventory control.
  • Labelling and storing products correctly within the warehouse.
  • Assisting with local deliveries and ad-hoc warehouse duties as required.

About You

We are looking for a team player who is physically fit, has a great attitude, and takes pride in their work. You are someone who is eager to learn and contribute to a positive team environment.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A current Forklift Licence (LF) is essential.
  • Previous experience in a similar warehouse or storeperson role.
  • A strong focus on safety and a good understanding of WHS procedures.
  • Good attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Basic computer skills for processing orders.
  • The ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.
  • Reliable, punctual, and possess a positive "can-do" attitude.
  • A valid driver's licence is preferred.
