Join the Luma team and play a key role in delivering our health promotions activities. You will work closely with the wider health promotions team providing and coordinating groups, support, and education to members of the WA community.

This is a full-time role, fixed term for 12-months initially with the possibility of an extension. You'll be working mostly from our Northbridge office, with travel to our Joondalup office and other locations as required on occasion.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Deliver targeted Health Promotion Initiatives: Plan, coordinate, and evaluate health promotion activities and training tailored to women in the community.
  • Foster Partnerships and Collaboration: Build strong networks within the community sector and collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and achieve program goals.
  • Enhance Engagement through Innovation: Work with Marketing and Events to develop creative, digitally driven health initiatives and manage program logistics, documentation, and communications effectively.
  • Team Support: Support the wider Health Promotions teams in all aspects of health promotion.

About you:

  • Tertiary qualification, or working towards successful completion of a tertiary qualification, in a relevant discipline, such as Health Promotions, Public Health, or equivalent.
  • Confidence when liaising with external agencies to build partnerships with government and non-government health and welfare service providers in pursuing practical strategies to improve service delivery to consumers.
  • Competent in the planning, delivery, and evaluation of women's health promotion activities under guidance and with support from team members.
