You may have worked for a small consultancy, have managed a small/medium-sized team or provided internal HR support and are looking to leverage your experience whilst benefit from complete flexibility around working arrangement (contract, part time, full time or casual). You will have HR experience, be commercially minded and able to put yourself in our clients' position when providing advice. This role requires you to bring your unique skills and experience to our team, deliver HR consulting services to our SME clients, including:

  • Providing best practices, current and commercial HR advice and support.
  • Navigating complex people issues.
  • Facilitating training and coaching sessions (face to face and remotely).
  • Leading executive recruitment.
  • Assisting in the development, implementation, and support of HR Frameworks, including developing and driving internal project plans.
  • Building positive relationships with clients at all levels and looking for opportunities to provide enhanced solutions to new and existing clients.
  • Managing a small team of consultants in a hybrid environment.

The boxes you must tick:

  • 10 years operational and strategic HR experience with a genuine commercial approach.
  • A love of business and the confidence to manage fast changing priorities.
  • Experience managing workplace conflict and change management projects.
  • Proven experience delivering training and coaching programs.
  • Resilience and willingness to pull up your sleeves and get involved.
  • Attention to detail, initiative, and drive.
  • Enthusiastic approach to life and work with an inherent likability.
  • Curiosity to learn new HR and business practices for the future of work.
  • The ability to get it done with no ego and no excuses.
  • People management experience.
  • Based in Brisbane or Gold Coast.
