As a Waiter, you will provide friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times to ensure our customers have a memorable experience. In your role, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional guest service with professionalism, product knowledge (menus, specials, wine), and community expertise, while checking for allergies and managing the overall dining experience.
  • Confidently manage your section by setting, running, and clearing tables, following SOPs, and ensuring smooth service flow from start to finish.
  • Prepare and maintain service areas by setting up stations, completing opening/closing duties, conducting inventory counts, and ensuring cleanliness and organisation.
  • Support team performance by mentoring junior staff, communicating with supervisors, and maintaining a positive, responsive atmosphere.
  • Adhere to legal and safety standards including RSA certification and liquor licensing laws.
