Mandurah, Western Australia Midstream Hardware Full time $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Join Midstream Hardware, a leading supplier of building materials to local and Perth builders.

This is a sales-focused role where you'll build relationships with builders and tradies, provide product advice, and manage quotes — plus handle weekly deliveries to keep projects moving:

  • One day a week on Perth deliveries
  • One day a week on local site runs
  • Covering additional runs when required

Your biggest impact will come from your customer service skills and how well you perform in-store — truck driving is important, but it's not the core of the role.

About the role
  • Serve builders and tradies at the counter and over the phone
  • Prepare quotes and manage procurement
  • Build strong customer relationships
  • Handle weekly Perth runs and local deliveries
  • Assist with logistics, stock control, and maintaining the store
What you'll bring
  • Trade sales or building supplies experience (preferred)
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • MR licence (or higher) and forklift licence — or willingness to obtain within one month
  • Medium-level computer skills and a willingness to learn
  • A hands-on, team-first attitude
  • Clean driving record with no major traffic violations in the past 3 years
  • Ability to safely lift and carry items up to 20kg and remain standing for extended periods
  • Must pass pre-employment medical assessment and drug screening
