Country Taxi Call Centre is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Customer Service Representatives to be the friendly voice assisting passengers across our nationwide client base.

About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers booking taxis across Australia. You'll provide friendly, professional service, ensuring passengers get where they need to go—safely and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and assist customers with taxi bookings
  • Input booking details accurately into the system
  • Provide information on services, fares, and estimated arrival times
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues in a calm and courteous manner
  • Work as part of a supportive team in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills

  • A calm, professional manner, especially under pressure
  • A team player mindset with a positive attitude
  • Previous customer service or call centre experience (preferred, but not essential)
