Some of your main responsibilities will be:
- Work with our ServiceNow Product Team to ensure that solutions are aligned with the platform's strategic roadmap and that we are always eliminating unnecessary customization and pushing APA towards a greater state of maintainability
- Implement solutions that provide value, are relevant, purposeful, and sustainable
- Contribute as a technical SME when collaborating with other key parts of the APA business, including People & Culture, Infrastructure, Procurement and Finance
- Play a key role in the delivery of day-to-day 'must have' works for APA and be mentored by our Senior ServiceNow Developer to uplift and enrich your own skillset
- Plan and develop workshops (when required) for project-funded works that require discovery and holistic solution design for product lines that fall into your remit
- Help us cement our role as trusted advisors to senior leadership
We are looking for someone who is passionate about ServiceNow and the benefits it can continue to bring to APA.
- Australian citizen or permanent resident
- Applicants should be experienced in application development across multiple platform product lines, preferably within a variety of customers environments
- Experience in customer-facing roles (i.e. technical support) as business engagement is a crucial part of the APA way
- Experience in taking business challenges and translating them into a suitable technical solution within ServiceNow
- Strong Application development in the Core Platform and ITSM product lines
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Proven ability to innovate, adapt, and work under pressure in complex environments with multiple stakeholders and firm deadlines
- Excellent communication and customer services skills
- Relevant Industry certifications such as ITIL, ServiceNow CSA, ServiceNow CIS, etc...
Benefits
- Exciting time to join an expanding in-house team
- Varied deliverables across multiple product lines
- Work with a high performing team who is deeply intrenched in the business and already boasts great vendor relationships
- Genuine flexible work environment (WFH with a light in-office requirement)
- Strong investment in training and upskilling - certifications paid for
- Mature team environment with an elevated level of engagement
- Location: Melbourne or Brisbane preferred, but desirable candidates are welcome from anywhere
