The role

We're seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the Crown Perth Hotel team as a Bell Services Attendant. We have a Part Time position hours per fortnight)available at our Crown Towers Hotel.

This position requires overnight availability across a variety of days during the week.

As a Bell Services Attendant your role will comprise of a combination of Porter and Valet Attendant duties. Being the first point of contact for our guests you will greet them upon arrival and departure; deliver, collect and store luggage; explain room amenities and valet park guest's vehicles.

In this role, you'll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Ensuing guest satisfaction through time management and multi-tasking
  • Strong attention to detail through both service and complex knowledge

  • Reliability and trustworthy attitude
  • Excellent time management skills

Additional Information

To be successful, you'll:

  • Hold a current Australian Driver's Licence (No Learners or Provisional plates)

This role requires:

  • Flexible overnight availability across 7 days per week
  • Previous customer service experience
