About the Role

We're seeking a part time conveyancer for up to 1-2 days per week, flexible days to suit you, to assist with residential and commercial property transactions. Your availability to work additional days/hours during i.e. school holidays, cover sick leave etc would be desirable

You'll be working alongside experienced professionals, preparing legal documents, and liaising with clients, agents, and solicitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare contracts of sale and Section 32 statements
  • Manage property settlements and title transfers
  • Communicate with clients, agents, and financial institutions
  • Ensure compliance with Victorian conveyancing regulations
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Must be able to start files from beginning to end
  • Must be proficient in PEXA & DOL

About You

  • Experience in conveyancing
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple files
  • Familiarity with PEXA and conveyancing software preferred
