About the Role

As a Repair Coordinator , you'll be responsible for coordinating the operational and administrative aspects of building and insurance repair projects — from contract acceptance through to completion.

You'll work closely with Project Managers, clients, and trades to ensure jobs run smoothly, documentation is accurate, and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage job documentation, scheduling, and communication between clients, trades, and insurers
• Track project milestones, budgets, and deadlines across multiple active jobs
• Review reports, quotes, and variations for accuracy and compliance
• Provide professional client communication and regular project updates
• Support Project Managers with compliance, documentation, and closeout tasks
• Assist in resolving issues quickly and efficiently

What We're Looking For

• 1–2+ years' experience in construction coordination, insurance repairs, or project administration
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with Prime Ecosystem or construction software is advantageous
• Knowledge of QBCC legislation and WHS compliance is highly regarded
• Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to grow
