An exciting opportunity exists for a full time Bottle Shop Manager to help Open a brand New Store coming soon of the Windaroo Tavern

We are looking for an enthusiastic applicant who can bring to life a Brand New Store Opening soon. Someone who can help build the store from the ground up and build a new customer following. Someone who leads from the front by setting and providing the highest levels of customer service. A team player who wants to further their career in the Star Group family.

  • Retail liquor product knowledge

Main Duties

  • Liaise with the Retail Manager and Business Coach in relation to any retail concerns when required
  • Ensuring smooth, day-to-day operations within retail outlet
  • Monitoring and ensuring high levels of customer service
  • Receiving stock and confirmation on quantities of the same
  • Preparing displays and presenting stock, including specials and ticket writing
  • Performing stock take on a weekly basis
  • Picking stock for Online Orders
  • Maintain liquor store in good order with a high standard of cleanliness
  • Monitoring defined staff presentation and grooming standards
  • Other incidental and peripheral duties, as requested by management

Minimum requirements/qualifications that are required for this position are as follows:

  • RSA certificate
  • Previous bottle shop mangement experience
  • Valid Drivers Licence and Car

A full-time position is available for the successful candidate and will include weekends and evening work.

Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour
