At Eastwood Early Education we are looking to a passionate and adaptable floating Educational Leader to work across all rooms, mentoring educators, supporting curriculum and making a real impact on children's learning.

We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor or Diploma Qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Enthusiastic, compassionate, and patient individuals who are passionate about early childhood education
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a leadership and/or mentoring role
  • Strong communicators who can build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Creative thinkers who can bring fresh, engaging ideas to the classroom
  • Have knowledge of the NQF, NQS, EYLF and/or QKLG
  • Hold a current Working with Children Check
