About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vans/Commercial Manager to join the team at Mercedes-Benz Brighton. This is your chance to represent a world-class brand in a sophisticated dealership environment where quality and service go hand in hand.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the automotive market, a motivation to for automotive excellence and a proven track record in sales.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to increase market share and brand awareness.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, product development, and dealership teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Lead the planning and execution of advertising campaigns, events, and product launches.
  • Manage brand guidelines and ensure all marketing materials and communications are aligned with brand standards.
  • Monitor brand performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior leadership.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous sales experience, ideally within luxury automotive or commercial vehicles
  • Professional presentation and strong communication skills
  • Drive and motivation to exceed targets and deliver results
  • Customer-first mindset with a high level of emotional intelligence
  • Valid driver's licence and full Australian working rights
