Job summary:
  • Looking for candidates available to work:
    • Friday: Morning, Afternoon
    • Saturday: Afternoon, Morning
    • Sunday: Morning, Afternoon
  • More than 4 years of relevant work experience required for this role

Duties will include (but not limited to):


• Consistently replicate our recipes, ensuring each dish maintains the high standard and distinct flavour profile that our guests love.


• Uphold and manage cleaning schedules, ensuring our kitchen remains a pristine and hygienic workspace.


• Take charge of inventory management, including ordering supplies and controlling stock, to maintain the smooth operation of our kitchen.


• Adhere to and enforce all Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) legislation and Health regulations, creating a safe working environment for all staff.

This opportunity will provide approximately 20-25 hours a week across Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays on a Casual basis.

To be successful you must have the following:


• At least 3 years of relevant & industry work experience.


• Have a positive 'can-do' attitude with a strong work ethic.


• Ability to work well under pressure and independently


• Strong verbal communication skills.
