As an important member of the Drakes Little Kitchen Team, you will:

  • Coordinate the preparation and create ready to eat meals
  • Contribute to the efficient and profitable operation of the supermarket kitchen
  • Ensure correct food handling procedures are always followed
  • Display your meal creations in a way that resembles your genuine love for food
  • Be a reliable and punctual team player

Working as part of an enthusiastic team, you will possess the following:

  • A minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
  • The ability to operate commercial cooking equipment
  • Excellent time management & ability to work under pressure
  • An understanding of HACCP Food Safety Standards
  • Experience in ordering stock
  • Ability to accurately and efficiently follow systems & recipes
