About Us

PK Air System Services is a locally owned air-conditioning business with over 15 years'

experience. We are growing from a home-based business into a warehouse office in

Brendale and are looking for a reliable, organised Office Administrator to join our team.

The Role

This is a hands-on role where you will be central to keeping the office and jobs running

smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Office set-up: ordering furniture/equipment and organising supplies

  • Setting up phone lines and internet; liaising with service providers

  • Helping the owner with systems, onboarding and general support as we grow

  • Managing job bookings and schedules through ServiceM8

  • Processing invoices, quotes and payroll using MYOB

  • Answering phone calls and emails professionally

  • Handling customer enquiries and providing excellent service

  • General office admin, filing and data entry

About You

  • Previous administration experience (trade/service industry a bonus)

  • Confident with ServiceM8 and MYOB (or quick to learn)

  • Highly organised with great attention to detail

  • Friendly and professional phone manner

  • Able to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment

  • Reliable, punctual and proactive
