Hours per fortnight: Up to 76 hours - multiple positions available

In this role, you will assess, intervene, and develop individualized care plans to ensure the well-being of each resident, with thorough documentation to support their needs. You will also assist with a full range of personal care requirements while upholding the dignity, privacy, and independence of every individual.
