About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations and help lead our passionate front-of-house team. You'll work closely with the Restaurant Manager to uphold our high standards, ensure smooth service, and continually enhance the guest experience.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding service and a seamless guest experience during every shift
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the front-of-house team to perform at their best
  • Manage reservations, floor plans, rosters, and day-to-day operations
  • Monitor inventory, support cost control, and contribute to financial goals
  • Drive team performance through training, feedback, and hands-on leadership
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations
  • Collaborate on guest engagement and marketing initiatives
About You
  • 2–3 years' experience in a leadership role within a premium dining or hospitality environment
  • A natural team leader with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and passionate about hospitality
  • Confident with POS and restaurant management systems
  • Knowledge of food safety, RSA, and relevant licensing requirements
  • Professional, energetic, and committed to excellence in every service touchpoint
