As Licensee, you'll take full responsibility for the smooth and profitable running of the venue. You'll be the face of the venue - leading from the front, motivating your team, and ensuring every guest leaves wanting to return.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across bar, bistro, and events plus on-site accommodation.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a passionate team to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
  • Maintain strong financial oversight - including budgeting, cost control, and profitability with great support from head office.
  • Ensure operational excellence through effective systems management (Now Book It, Bepoz, Me&U, RMS).
  • Drive customer satisfaction through strong service standards and community engagement.
  • Plan and execute local events and activations to grow the venue's profile.
  • Ensure all licensing, safety, and compliance standards are met.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in a senior hospitality leadership role (Licensee, Venue Manager, or similar).
  • Strong financial acumen - you understand the numbers and know how to run a profitable venue.
  • A natural people leader with a strong customer focus and genuine passion for service.
  • Experience with key hospitality systems (Now Book It, Bepoz, Me&U, RMS).
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and positive leadership style.

Offer:

$120k + S
