ABOUT THE ROLE

National Institute of Technology seeks passionate trainers to deliver business communications and employability skills training as part of our Professional Year Programs. These programs empower international graduates from Australian universities and tertiary institutions with practical job skills, ensuring they are well-prepared for the workforce.

The position is for a passionate and experienced professional who is enthusiastic and motivated to deliver exceptional training and produce the best outcomes for our students.

The program focuses on the following components:

1. Communication and Performance in the Australian Workplace

2. Entry and Advancement in the Australian Workplace

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be a part of the team, supporting other staff in growing an amazing institute
  • Deliver training and conduct assessments in a face-to-face classroom
  • Manage training and assessment content
  • Participate in team meetings and industry consultation meetings
  • Provide constructive feedback to learners to support their progress.
  • Ensure compliance with assessment tools, evidence requirements, and RTO assessment policies.

SELECTION CRITERIA

  • At least three years of experience in a professional workplace environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • High level of written and oral communication skills
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • Hold TAE40116 Certificate IV Training and Assessment or higher
  • Experience in the ICT sector is desirable but not essential.
