About the role

We're looking for a passionate and client-focused Occupational Therapist (Grade 1 or 2) to join our Child, Adult and Family Therapies team. You'll play a vital role in empowering clients to achieve their goals through high-quality therapy and care planning. Working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, you'll deliver services across diverse funding streams and help shape positive outcomes for individuals, families, and communities.

This role offers a mix of clinic-based and community work, with flexibility to suit your lifestyle. Whether you're an early-career OT looking for great supervision and development, or an experienced clinician ready to mentor and support others – we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

  • Deliver evidence-based assessments, care plans, and therapy to support client goals.
  • Work collaboratively with families, carers, and other health professionals.
  • Contribute to service innovation and continuous quality improvement.
  • (Grade 2) Provide peer support and supervision to students and early-career clinicians.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent) + current AHPRA registration.
  • Passion for person-centred, strengths-based practice.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse communities.
  • A commitment to achieving meaningful outcomes for clients.
