Duties

  • Provide client-centred occupational therapy services in community settings.
  • Collaborate with families, carers, and other professionals to support holistic outcomes.
  • Conduct assessments, write reports aligned with NDIS standards, and deliver training to support teams.
  • Shape your caseload and contribute to service innovation and quality improvement.
  • Participate in regular team meetings, supervision, and reflective practice.

Skills and Prerequisites

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration.
  • Passion for trauma-informed, neuroaffirming, and person-centred care.
  • Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Proficient writing skills and willingness to complete formal reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and within a supportive team.
  • Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing learning.
  • Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle during work hours.
  • Current Working With Children Check.

Salary Package

  • Base Salary: $85,000-$120,000 (pro rata for part-time), based on experience.
  • Bonuses: Quarterly bonuses for contributions beyond billables.
  • Leave: 4 weeks annual leave + birthday leave + CPD leave + paid parental leave + Christmas to New Year standdown.
  • CPD Support: $2,000 annual budget + 2 paid CPD leave days.
  • Extras: Travel reimbursement, professional AI subscription, office parking stipend, tech and therapy resources, professional indemnity insurance.
