Duties
- Provide client-centred occupational therapy services in community settings.
- Collaborate with families, carers, and other professionals to support holistic outcomes.
- Conduct assessments, write reports aligned with NDIS standards, and deliver training to support teams.
- Shape your caseload and contribute to service innovation and quality improvement.
- Participate in regular team meetings, supervision, and reflective practice.
Skills and Prerequisites
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration.
- Passion for trauma-informed, neuroaffirming, and person-centred care.
- Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Proficient writing skills and willingness to complete formal reporting.
- Ability to work independently and within a supportive team.
- Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing learning.
- Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle during work hours.
- Current Working With Children Check.
Salary Package
- Base Salary: $85,000-$120,000 (pro rata for part-time), based on experience.
- Bonuses: Quarterly bonuses for contributions beyond billables.
- Leave: 4 weeks annual leave + birthday leave + CPD leave + paid parental leave + Christmas to New Year standdown.
- CPD Support: $2,000 annual budget + 2 paid CPD leave days.
- Extras: Travel reimbursement, professional AI subscription, office parking stipend, tech and therapy resources, professional indemnity insurance.
