About the role

As a Waiting staff/ All rounder at As Thick As Thieves', you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced and vibrant hospitality environment. This part-time position is based in Albury NSW 2640.

What you'll be doing

  • Welcoming and greeting customers with a friendly and professional demeanour
  • Taking customer orders and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of food and drinks
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy dining area, including setting and clearing tables
  • Assisting the kitchen team with food preparation and service as needed
  • Handling cash and credit card transactions with accuracy
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or concerns
  • Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene standards

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing hospitality role, such as waiting staff or bartender
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide friendly and attentive service
  • Good time management and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic food handling and safety knowledge
  • A positive, collaborative attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the team
