The Opportunity

We're looking for a driven
Sales Manager

at Seven
to take responsibility and accountability for the performance and management of the
Traralgon
sales office.

Reporting directly to the
State Sales Manager,

i
n this role, you'll manage a team, drive revenue, and maintain and grow the client base for
Traralgon.

What you'll do:

  • Taking ownership of daily operations and guiding a passionate sales team to success while delivering revenue and share targets.
  • Developing and executing insight-led business plans, managing campaigns, and pushing best-in-market performance with a strong focus on NPS growth.
  • Strengthening relationships with our clients, agencies, and partners. Creating tailored engagement plans, driving exceptional service
  • Providing insightful weekly reports and market updates to leadership teams.
  • Communicating clearly and consistently with your team and stakeholders and fostering a high-performance, inclusive environment

What you'll bring:

You are driven, proactive, and collaborative with a deep passion for all things media, TV, and digital. You possess strong interpersonal skills and value delivering outcomes that focus on achieving targets and client satisfaction. You'll also have:

  • Prior experience in sales (ideally media)
  • Exceptional commercial acumen with a strong history of building client partnerships
  • Proven leadership skills with an ability to build and develop a cohesive sales team.
  • Strong network in the Traralgon area will be highly regarded
