Join our new Portfolio Management Office & Enablement (PMO&E) branch, accountable for managing the lifecycle of Finance Technology and Commercial (FTC) divisions portfolio of projects, delivering a pathway for end-to-end execution, and for providing enabling services to the division to ensure efficient and effective operations.
This is your opportunity to shape and lead the delivery of the division's projects and programs
In this role, you'll:
- Be accountable for developing, managing and delivering projects and programs of work across the Division, primarily focusing on information technology projects, in accordance with relevant project lifecycle and frameworks.
- Manage the development of project scopes, business cases, project submissions, communications and reporting, project scheduling, forecasting and resourcing, so projects are safely delivered on time, on budget, to specified scope, outcomes and deliverables.
- Manage stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation and issues management to ensure stakeholders are engaged throughout the lifecycle, and deliverables are met.
- Embed a culture of collaboration in alignment with Divisional objectives and build and lead a team of high performing, agile project professionals, well able to operate successfully in a matrix structure.

About You
- You're an inspiring leader with extensive experience in project delivery and project controls and have a proven record delivering results in complex, fast paced environments.
- You will have demonstrated experience of successfully leading teams through change, fostering collaboration and driving strategic outcomes.
- You will have a delivery focus with the ability to take accountability.
- You have strong experience in project cost, scheduling, resourcing and risk.
- You are an influencer and thought leader in delivering advice within an organisation.
- You will understand the balance of addressing customer requirements whilst adhering to other regulatory, policy, government and operational conditions.
- You have the ability to articulate complex concepts and put forward compelling arguments and rationales to all levels and types of audiences.
- You are experienced in building, developing and leading high performing technical teams.
