Support Worker

Location: Central Coast NSW

About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and assistance tailored to the needs and preferences of our participants. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Assist with in-home care
  • Supporting participants to engage in community activities.
  • Encouraging independence and promoting skills development.
  • Transport clients to appointments
  • Maintaining accurate records and communication with the support team.

What We're Looking For:

We welcome applications from candidates who are:

  • Empathetic, patient, and passionate about supporting people with disabilities.
  • Experienced in a similar role (preferred but not essential—training provided).
  • Holders of a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Possess relevant certifications, such as First Aid, CPR, and Manual Handling (or willingness to obtain).
  • Excellent work ethics, have strong sense of professional boundaries and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Time Management/Flexibility.
