Physiotherapist | Clinical Pilates

Sportspinal Health has a part time physiotherapy position available within its long established and highly regarded allied health practice.

You would be stepping into his caseload and not having to build up clients from scratch which means you have the opportunity to hit commission bonuses from the very beginning which is rare when starting a new role. We are seeking a physiotherapist who:

● The physio leaving is a general musc physio who also takes Clinical Pilates classes and we are ideally looking for a like for like replacement

● In your current role due to COVID related challenges you may not have a busy enough caseload to generate the income you desire - and this is something we can provide for you

The role

● Currently we have a vacancy for someone to work the Saturday morning shift. Hours are flexible here but between 3-5 hours starting at 8 or 9am. We are open to extra shifts during the week if you would like extra hours.

● There are 3 long term regular classes to cover between 9-12pm and you can add 1:1 clients or extra classes.

● We will consider applicants with any level of experience

● Your level of experience will determine your salary package, and our existing therapists' salary packages range from a base award salary to upwards of $50 an hour ● Annual salary will range from $80,000 to $130,000 pro rata including your base salary plus all bonuses and entitlements (based on experience and qualifications). Saturday rates apply which start at approx $60ph

● Your salary package includes a bonus/commission structure which allows you to take home an extra $20000-$30000 per year in performance based bonuses pro rata

● You will have access to a PD budget, internal formal and informal clinic mentoring, world class external paid mentors the clinic engages

● We have a highly skilled admin team to assist you at all levels of your role, especially with client retention

About the clinic

Sportspinal Health is a boutique clinic with a team of 16 situated in the Melbourne's inner east. We have grown through COVID and weathered the challenges of 2022 and have come out the other side. We are a strong business with a 30 year history and an exceptionally large and diverse client base. We recently re located 200m down the road to a brand new facility with a large studio, rehab area and 5 generous size treatment rooms. Our vision is to help as many people as possible through positively influencing the lives and taking care of their health needs. We have so far helped more than 20,000 people with pain and injury and that number is growing rapidly. Comprising a team of 4 physios with an average of 15 years' of experience, remedial massage therapy, myotherapy, podiatry, osteopathy and clinical pilates we service clients with complex needs who form strong bonds with their therapists over long periods of time and require expert care and high levels of customer service and collaborative treatment. With a dedicated leadership team including a clinic owner with a negligible caseload and a dedicated practice manager you have a management team who is dedicated to your success and is available for intensive induction, mentoring and coaching at every stage of your journey. Our induction program is industry best and guarantees you success in your role with a 6-12 month and ongoing training program. We have formal and informal clinical and non clinical mentoring and you will have a mentor, buddy and leader assigned to you

Pay: $80,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
