Moorooka Dental Care joined My Implant Dentist Group in October 2023. It is a leading general, cosmetic and implant clinic with a strong presence in Brisbane. Located in a vibrant community, our practice in Moorooka services the local surrounding suburbs as well as patients travelling from far and wide for implants and cosmetic services through My Implant Dentist. In 2025, Moorooka underwent a renovation to modernise the facility and increase it to a 5 chair practice.

About the role.

We are seeking a highly skilled Dental CAD Designer & Ceramist to join our team with expertise in facially driven designs and full digital DSD workflows. This role is ideal for a technician who thrives in a high-tech, high-quality lab environment and is passionate about pushing the boundaries of digital dentistry and ceramics.

Key Responsibilities

  • CAD Design Expertise: Utilize Exocad, 3Shape, and iMetric to create precise, aesthetically driven restorations.
  • Full-Arch Implant Design: Experience with full-arch restorations and implant-supported prosthetics is highly regarded.
  • Ceramic Mastery: Apply advanced layering and monolithic techniques to produce high-quality dental restorations.
  • Material Handling: Work with premium materials, including Creations, Ivoclar, and MIYO, to achieve outstanding aesthetics and durability.
  • 3D Printing & Milling: Operate Asiga 3D printers and high-precision milling machines, including in-house titanium metal bar fabrication.
  • Precision Finishing: Utilize a Leica microscope for meticulous detailing and quality control.
