We're on the hunt for a passionate, creative Experienced Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team at The Brunswick Hotel This is a casual role offering plenty of variety. you'll be rolling up your sleeves for busy lunches, lively dinners and everything in between. We're looking for someone with solid experience, a great attitude, and the flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and public holidays. You'll bring your culinary flair, consistency, and teamwork to a venue that prides itself on great food, great vibes, and great people. A day in the life of a Chef:
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver high quality dishes that "WOW" our guests
- Contribute positively to our culture which is centred around safety and hygiene, keeping the guest experience at the heart of everything you do
- Maintain a consistent standard of high quality and well presented dishes that align with the ALH standard
What do we need from you
About you:
- You have great experience working in a fast paced kitchen and hold necessary trade cooking qualifications
- You understand that the recipe for an exceptional guest experience contains the perfect mix of passion, precision and productivity
- Strong organisation and communication skills to create the best possible outcomes for our guests and the team
- You'll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people
Inherent requirements:
- This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
