Your Role:

We're excited to welcome you to our team Your role is essential in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring our commuters enjoy a safe and pleasant journey.

You'll make a significant impact by:

  • Greeting and assisting customers.
  • Ensuring safety through vehicle inspections and adherence to NSW traffic regulations.
  • Managing passenger ticketing and OPAL validation.
  • Working closely with the service delivery team to ensure safe and on time services.
  • Adhering to allocated monthly roster to avoid cancellation of services.

About You:

  • Meet the following criteria:
  • Valid full Australian driver's license with a safe driving history.
  • Willingness to undergo background checks (driving history, medical, criminal, work rights, work references).
  • Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain.
  • Current NSW Bus Driver Authority Card or willingness to obtain (we'll help).
  • Reliable and available to work shifts five days a week, from Mon - Sat.
  • High level of English skills essential (verbal and written).
  • Full Australian working rights.
  • Live within a reasonable distance to our depots.
