FinXL is partnering with a prominent client in the Health sector for a critical IT infrastructure assignment. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Windows Deployment Engineer to join our team on a daily rate assignment. This engagement is a physical rollout of Windows 11.

About the Assignment

  • 2 x Desktop Deployment Engineer
  • 6 months to start early/mid september
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM (8-hour days)
    On-site work

Responsibilities

  • Perform pre-deployment planning and testing.
  • Execute data backup and restoration as required.
  • Conduct the physical upgrade and reimage of devices to Windows 11.
  • Install standard software and applications.
  • Provide post-deployment support and troubleshooting.
  • Document the rollout process and any issues encountered.

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrable experience as a Windows Deployment Engineer or similar assignment.
  • Hands-on experience with physical device upgrades and reimaging.
  • Proficiency in data backup, restoration, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in installing and configuring standard and custom software applications.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Previous experience with NSW Health.
