Job description:

Tip Top Springwood are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Production Operators to join our dynamic team. As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in the bread manufacturing process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

We have part time permanent and full time permanent opportunities available on varying shift patterns, including afternoon, night and early AM shifts. Our bakery is 24/7 and will require flexibility from time to time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent product quality
  • Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
  • Maintain accurate production records and logs
  • Adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Have a strong safety mindset
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Physically fit with the ability to lift and move up to 20kgs
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
