The Phone Surgery is looking for a Mobile Phone Technician/Retail Sales to join our Batemans Bay team based on the South Coast NSW.

We are looking for a motivated individual who is interested in the technology repair field and has an availability to work a minimum of 4 days a week including weekends and public holidays.

The role includes:

  • Customer Service
  • Retail sales of accessories
  • Diagnosing problems of mobile phones, tablets and small electronics
  • Repairing electronics - mobile phones, tablets, smart watches, PCs/laptops and game consoles
  • General administration and day to day duties

We require a minimum of 2 years experience in customer service preferably Retail or Hospitality.

The role includes on the job training with no electronic repair experience required.
